How Your Hold Party Payment Works Now
To reserve your date and time with one of our entertainers, Family Fun Celebrations requires a non-refundable Hold Party Payment (booking fee). This payment holds your time slot, assigns staff to your event, and is applied toward your total balance.
- You fill out our Contact Form or speak with us by phone.
- We create a written quote for your event, including your exact Hold Party Payment amount and due date.
- You choose your payment method (PayPal / credit or debit card, Cash App, or Zelle).
- We send you a payment request or invoice with the exact amount for your Hold Party Payment.
- You click the link or button in that request and complete your payment.
- You receive a receipt from the payment service, and we confirm your reservation by email or text.
- The Hold Party Payment is non-refundable but may be transferable to another available date, according to the terms on your quote.
- Your date and time are not held until your Hold Party Payment has been received.
- If you upgrade or change your package (for example, adding a Large Petting Zoo with Pony), we will send a new or additional payment request so the amount is always correct.
Payment Methods We Use
We work with several payment options so you can choose what works best for your family:
- 🅿️ PayPal / Credit or Debit Card — We send a PayPal invoice or payment request.
- 💵 Cash App — We can send a Cash App payment request or you can use our QR code.
- 🏦 Zelle — Direct bank-to-bank payments (details provided on your quote).
If you have already received an email or text from Family Fun Celebrations with a payment link or QR code, simply follow the instructions in that message to complete your Hold Party Payment. You do not need to choose an amount on this page.

What Happens After You Pay?
After we receive your Hold Party Payment, your date and time are officially reserved. We will:
- Send you a confirmation by email or text with your event date, time, and services listed.
- Send (or link you to) a short Party Details Form
so we can confirm important details such as:
- Setup location (front yard, backyard, driveway, indoors, etc.)
- Parking and backyard access information
- Best contact person and phone number on the day of the event
- Any special notes about your guests or theme
- Assign the correct staff for your event (face painters, balloon artists, petting zoo handlers, pony handler, etc.).
If you need to make changes after you pay (such as adding a Large Petting Zoo with Pony or changing your time), please contact us as early as possible. We will update your quote and send a new or additional payment request only if needed.
